View Review"After waiting a hour at Firestone to get an oil change done my vehicle still had not been started on. After expressing my concern to the service writer she said it’d be about 30 minutes still until they got started on it.. and after being quoted 45 minutes I was quite frustrated to wait a hour and a half for my vehicle to be started on . The gal at Firestone dealt with me very poorly in which I had left. I called Jones and Lube and they got me in as soon as I pulled in even with a full parking lot of cars. I was able to get onto the other plans I had for the day and they even had to get a filter for me! Thank you guys for the help!!!"
